    Pros +

    • it was the perfect getaway for us. It was the perfect decor and style for our family including our dog. What made it the best? The internet for the teens.....lol
    • Nice-sized suite with two rooms so that early risers can let the sleepers sleep. Good location for us. Clean and included breakfast.

    Cons -

    • The room smelled liked mildew. The entire building was hot. The pool was dirty. The food was absolutely HORRIBLE!
    • 1. $12 charge for parking. Ridiculous for this location and this level of hotel. 2. First room had blaring loud air conditioner and we had to change. 3. Breakfast options were far less than in this same hotel in San Diego. 4. Hotel hot in public areas.
    • Paid parking (didn’t mention while booking) Rooms smells musty Under staff, took so long to checkin and checkout

Location, price, amenities, happy hour, hot breakfast with many choices.

Although happy hour is a great perk, only having one bartender for drinks and food orders causes long lines and dissatisfaction, tensions during peak hours.

We stayed one night at this hotel after we lost power for 2 days due to a storm.

Room keys only activated until 11am despite checkout at 12pm. Many issues with room #402. Air filter has cover but visible - absolutely filthy. Shower faucet almost impossible to turn on/off. Bedroom door handle broken. Clock 10+ min slow, no way to fix.

    Friendly staff

Room was very hot upon arrival (68 on 99 degree day) and I wasnt able to manually change it because they have set up to only be changed remotely. Althought I asked and it was immediately adjusted as a visitor I should be able to change it

Location, parking. Separate rooms. Option for a curtesy drink. 2nd bed is a pull out couch

2nd bed is a pull out couch, not too comfortable. Living space light is not as bright as it could. A bit dim with all lights on. Indoor pool room and water is cold. Thermostat on the wall say 78. Both kids teeth were chatterly in the water for 10-25 mi

    The breakfast was nice.

We had to wait at the front desk for at least 20 minutes before someone came to check us in. We even called the hotel but no one answered.

    Location

Toilet was rocking. There was a heavy deodorizer masking a smoke smell. In the morning for the complementary breakfast ( which we enjoyed) they told us to take our used plates to place.

    10Verified Hotel GuestPosted on: 10-24-2023

Loves the spacious room. Happy hour. The staff went beyond our needs

    10Verified Hotel GuestPosted on: 9-20-2023

I liked the pool and the complimentary social hour

The bed was a little noisy

    10BeverlyPosted on: 9-14-2023

The breakfast buffet is usually excellent. There were a couple mornings where the fresh cut melons weren't offered but the omelette bar is fantastic. Our room was quiet. The location is great, only a two block walk or so to the Metro.

Having to pay $10 per night for parking isn't great.

    8Verified Hotel GuestPosted on: 8-3-2023

Great breakfast, location and overall stay at the property!

I did find some hairs on our bathroom floor, and the elevator was a little slow.

    8Verified Hotel GuestPosted on: 7-26-2023

    Location.

Was charged for parking, which we were not aware of in advance and wasn¿t clearly communicated before we booked.

    10Verified Hotel GuestPosted on: 7-13-2023

Nice room. Made to order breakfast omelet. Good location within short walking distance to metro.

    9MoniquePosted on: 6-19-2023

Our stay was perfect! I called to verify the pool was working before booking. It was warm enough for my 3yo! Clean room, gym, pool, breakfast options were perfect, in the right location to make our event easy to get to. Definitely a 4 star hotel.

I was not aware of the restaurant hours, please post that at front desk.

    10Verified Hotel GuestPosted on: 6-8-2023

    Location and big rooms.

Breakfast hours on weekdays could be longer.

    6CathyPosted on: 5-31-2023

The hot breakfast was pretty good, better than most. We liked the happy hour at the bar. The location is great. The shower was modern and very nice.

I think the pet fee of $75 for a short visit is too high. I think the charge for parking is too high. The cheapest studio rooms are kind of strangely designed. Some of the furniture seems old. The bed was squeaky.
