Breakfast and the bed

Nasty damp carpet which turned the bottom of my feet black/green It needs to be ripped out! The grout in bathroom tile needs a deep bleach scrub! Ick

The ambiance and feel of the place is wonderful.

I was there a few days before my stay to see a friend and all of the vending machines were stocked and everything was working. But during my stay, just three days later, not one machine was stocked and many were actually broken and pried open.

Hit breakfast. Quiet. 1 block from metro

St this time I have a handicap room. Lots of mold where the ceiling meets the wall

Leaving was the best part. Hotel is non smoking, yet my room smelled like an ashtray, bathroom was worse. Absolutely disgusting

The price and the bed was comfortable.

It was in a sketchy area even though the location. The police were there every night. No hot water, the refrigerator made noise. Both of these maintenance fixed quickly. The tub was so slippery, carpet damp, and unit was humid.

The staff. The hot breakfastroom clean. The hotel was good to me. Went into the hospital and needed a handicap room. They actually pa ked my room though not a lot of stuff and moved it to my new room. . Couldn't really walk so that was immense.

1 block from metro spring hill rd. On a dead end so quiet. Good jot breakfast. Friendly stafg

Great hot breakfast. Eggs, meat, yogurt, waffles. Staff very friendly and helpful

Older hotel. Walkways need some fixing. Showing some age. But it's clean and qyiet

Microwave did not work; could not get shower water on; barking dog; electricity out all night; could smell urine on hotel walk; slow draining sink.

The staff is phenomenal

For some odd reason which has never happened, my bed a had ants. Not a lot but enough to create bumps on my back and arms.

The enthusiastic assistance from both managers and their staffs ( hotel employee and others) made my trip so joyful. They understood my needs to offer best solutions I can expect that I was really grateful.

My fridge and microwave kept shorting out.

Threshold trip hazard coming out of bathroom. Damaged sink stopper I had to repair to use it. Overall cleanliness was very poor

Dirty, broken toilet, broken clock dirty sheets, dirty towels . Really one of the nastiest rooms U have ever rented.

breakfast was good, excellent staff members. Hotel employee was quick and responsive to my needs. also had great housekeeping. was here for 7 weeks, getting service every 5 to 7 days. my choice. i could say todays the day and they fixed it up quickly/ all friendly

need to work on the walkways on each level cracking. with all the little chunks of concrete someone will kick a chunk on the cars below. cold weather coming that will cause concrete to break up more

The front office staff at night wew really helpful to shift my room

Everything. The room allotted to me first 1104 had a stink and they changed me to another room 1108 at midnight. The hot water did not work, power plugs were lose, bathroom door could not close as it obstructs the light

It had cockroaches we spoke to someone who was moved 3 times and she experienced the same thing. No one provided a refund or credit. I ended up sleeping in my car from being scared
