The attention to detail was outstanding! Also, a hot breakfast which was included certainly topped off the experience. How do you top a sausage, egg and cheese breakfast sandwich on cinnamon French toast??? I don't know, but I can't wait to see!!! LOL

very good breakfast. There is small kitchen in the room. Big bath room.

Loved the motel. Has almost all amenities an apartment would have. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Nice location a few miles from a Metro station. Only problem was the nightmare traffic coming in off of 495.

Toilet didn't work properly. It didn't become a problem until right before we left & I'm confident they'd have fixed it had we asked them to. Traffic was terrible coming in but was fine as we got closer to the motel.

Facility is very clean. Staff is professional, courteous, informative and knowledgeable. Breakfast selection is perfect for all appetites.

One of the rooms close to mine had a dog. Dog barked most of the night. Guests with pets should be located in one area. This guest may have brought in the pet without advising during check-in as luggage can be brought in through a back door by parking.

Convenient location to highway and DC The front desk staff were wonderful and very friendly. Clean rooms and great for the price.

decent price, courteous staff and clean room

only reason I give below average rating for cleanliness is because I saw a colony of ants in the room. I communicated this to the staff for which they apologized and notified their cleaning staff.

The power was out for more than 24 hours during my stay. I paid for three nights and left after the second night. The property has never contacted me about my experience nor have they offered to reimburse me for the last night.

Location

Mattress is a soft saggy inner spring and it destroyed my back! I am literally sitting here typing this while in excruciating pain from sleeping on it! Hair in sink. TV is total garbage. Will not repeat.

To see they charge for parking was disappointing.

The common areas of the hotel were very smelly. It was so bad in the lobby that I could not even take advantage of free breakfast. Room was on the small side for this type of hotel.

The room was amazing. It was clean, and the bed was nice. Having a kitchen was way better than just a mini fridge and microwave. The free breakfast was one of the best I've had.

There is a daily fee to park, so be aware of that.

Could have more variety of food for breakfast and complimentary dinner. The door from the parking lot left unlocked although the sign stated it is locked. Security was concerned.

I did not like the fact that the hallways smelled like cigarette smoke. I definitely thought it was a non smoking hotel but maybe not. Also the guests across the hall had a party all night on one of the nights I stayed. I actually checked out early.

Conveniently located near D.C. and tons of shopping and eateries.

I wish it had blackout curtains. The sun is blinding in the morning.

Small for a 6 story hotel. Not much parking (especially if you have a tall van and little cars take up spots you needed). Also not able to handle big crowds as when I went down for their free breakfast no place to sit at all. Taken up by a group.
