The staff was incredibly friendly. My train arrived more than four hours late, and I didn't arrive until almost 1:00 AM. I called to notify them of my delay and they waived late check in fees.

The batteries in the TV remote were dead. There was a bottle of water near the TV with a sign saying it was $7.00 - it almost felt like a trap. Had I been traveling with kids, or someone not paying attention, I could have ended up paying a fortune.

The rooms, although a little worn, were pristine. Also, the property is very quiet and relaxing.

It's a small complaint but, there aren't any teabags in the rooms, and they charge for them at the desk.

Free parking, staff pleasant, nice restaurant, nice bed linen, clean modern room and a writing and eating pull out table, etc.

The parking garage & proximity to the Metro. Also the cleanliness & the common area. And we thought the cost was very reasonable.

We were a little disappointed that there was no complimentary breakfast, but that was not a deal-breaker.

Clean and spacious room, helpful front desk staff.

Only one washing machine and dryer on site. Two would be better.

Location. Close to the Metro Rail WMATA.

The water was cold for my entire stay. I asked the desk clerk if there was anything they could do about it and they replied ?we will let management know?. Go figure! They acted as if they were upset that my stay was prepaid.

Great room!

They do not have a regular breakfast--only a Bistro which is really sad. Front desk lady was going to assist me with their business area printer but never did come to do so.

The location is great. Walking distance to restaurants, a Harris Teeter market and Metro.

Stayed Easter weekend -there was a lady at the front reception desk who worked all weekend and was WONDERFUL. She had the best attitude and went above and beyond to make sure everything was right. All the staff were great, but she was the most amazing.

Youth groups from tour buses allowed to stay here. They are notoriously loud.

It was in a very nice location with accessibility to many restaurants and things to do. Staff was nice and friendly and room was very clean.

I did not like that coffee was not available in the lobby. I know it was in the room but that is very limited. I would also expect water to be available in each room, at least 2 bottles then if needing more, purchase it. And have a free breakfast

The location was perfect, everything you could need was within a 1-2min walk: Harris Teeter, multiple restaurants, convenience store, coffee (Starbucks & Dunkin Donuts), and the metro. Also parking was only $5/day, and there were plenty of spaces.

The mini fridge in my room was not clean, but I checked in late and was too tired to go back to the front desk. The mattresses were poor, as the springs were very prominent. I think mattress pads could greatly improve the comfort level.

The staff at the hotel was fantastic, especially the front desk staff who rotated through. They were very professional, attentive and urgent about each request or question presented to them. The housekeeping staff did a great job, too.

Loved everything. Planning our next visit here.

The front desk person was absolutely sweet. She checked me in early and was very helpful. The room was very very clean and the hotel was clean overall. I¿d definitely come back

Sofa was dirty. Toiled was broken and water was leaking.

No microwave in the room, weird coffeemaker, not enough towels, beds were not comfortable, surprise parking charge, tiny refrigerator with no freezer area (expensive ice cream melted quickly)

Clean, comfortable, reasonably-priced hotel near Metro stop.

Very comfy room was lots of space. Very nice bathroom. Fast, free wifi. Hotel was within walking distance to the DC metro orange line and several coffee shops and a grocery store. Free parking in the DC area is a huge plus!

No free breakfast, and the a/c unit in the room was old, noisy and didn't do the best job.

The hotel is kept up to date and our room was ready when we arrived. The room was very clean and we even had a balcony overlooking the street. They accommodated our request to stay on the same floor as other family members staying at the same time.

There is a gated parking garage under the hotel. The gate to the garage didn't work with our key badge so I had to call the front desk twice to let us in. Spaces were also very narrow. The food place had very few selections and expensive.
