Always clean. Normally nice with no issues at all.

Placed me by the elevator. Kid above me ran across the floor for hours and after I complained, they stopped for like 2 hours and then started again and banging. The water went from warm to cold in the shower. And stayed cold.

It was clean and bed, furniture,etc was in excellent condition. The hot breakfast was very good and I enjoyed the pool.

Maid service did not come to clean the room during our 2-night stay.

The people at the front desk seem clueless. Try to charge again for rooms already paid for. Confusing extra fees tacked on.

Cleanliness and Breakfast!

The overnight clerk was not very good at customer relations,and was sleeping on the job.

The staff was so kind and very pleasant. It was also very clean and exceeded our expectations. I hope they continue to set a high standard and keep it there.

The pool was very cold so we were unable to swim, but some may like it that way.
