Did not get maintenance help until speaking with 4 people over 7 hours. No uo keep in general. No prior notice of doing renovations.

mattress had blood stains all over it. hairs on sheets. dirty towels.

Nice evening staff, very welcoming. Easy process to check in. Safe location. LOVED the water being hot in the morning.

Springs in the mattress could be felt when laying down. Shower had a calcium or other issue that prevented the water to fully engage to the shower head. Due to the inadequate seal the bath tub would partially fill from the faucet while showering.

They never had turkey sausage or bacon for breakfast. Same three items scrambled eggs, sausage patty, white gravy. Come on man.

the staff was excellent

for a $--- you expect a nicer room, I had to look around to find cups for bathroom. Room was damp and bathroom door was two tone (not on purpose). No pen or pad to write with. same room two years ago with a pet charge was $-- this trip we had no pet.

Electric sockets in room not all working. Box breakfast is horrible compared to buffet. They should lower price and forgo during COVID. Pool still closed. Stayed there two years ago and has deteriorated since then.

The desk clerk is an absolute JOY! She goes above and beyond to make sure your hotel experience is an awesome one.

The room we were given wasn't vacuumed or dusted. The bed sheets were clean which is what really matters.

Staff was friendly, competent and went above and beyond to accomodate me. Safe and not far from I95. Also, provided boxed breakfast at 6am (due to covid dining room closed).

My first room did not have a working refrigerator or television. My second room the phone did not work.

Room was too warm and bed cover way too heavy, ended up getting light weight blanket found in closet. To-go breakfast was terrible and poorly packed with items missing- even after two trips back to the desk.

The hotel was very clean and modern, rooms were well equipped and the staff was very pleasant and helpful.

The HVAC system could be improved. Although the outside temperature was in the 30’s the system kept alternating between heating and air conditioning.

I booked a king room, we were given a room with two doubles. At this point we had already broken the seal on the door so we figured we would stay there. I did attempt to call the front desk to find our room phone wasn’t working.

the beds were great and the room was quiet.

the staff did not wear masks, even after being asked, nor did the the customers. safety during covid did not seem like a priority at this hotel.

needs to be updated. bathrooms need to be brought up to modern standards

Waited a while to check in, as the front desk reception was sleeping. I also called the main line 10 times and that did not seem to wake him up. Will never stay at their hotels again. Poor customer service and room was terrible

very efficient, friendly staff, especially the lady tending the breakfast buffet. she went out of her way to be sure everything was acceptable.

Very pleasant registration clerk, very helpful. Room was nice, comfortable bed and pillows. Breakfast was standard and a good start for our journey.

Location was out the way from the Interstate on which we were traveling. Having to drive on back roads across the county was frustrating, particularly so late at night and for weary travelers.
