- Room was nice
- Room was very clean and top-notch furnishings. Very quiet. Staff very friendly and accommodating. Nice extra touches, like bottled water at checkin. Wonderful healthy hot breakfast selections including Starbucks , although not complementary. A winner!

- No free breakfast for some.
- Bathroom super small. Nowhere to put things in the toilet/shower area, very little counter space in vanity area.
- Door locks are extremely LOUD. You cannot quietly close your door, due to the way in which they are designed. I could hear doors closing the whole time - so loud. Impossible to close them quietly. Serious down point for this nice hotel chain.
