Fairfield by Marriott Inn & Suites Staunton

Breakfast ladies super friendly and caring

rooms were not as clean, shower was not clean enough. It was noisy even thought I asked for a very quiet room. Do they now know that quiet is never by the elevator?

Location

The lady who checked me in, even after I repeatedly told her that I was supposed to have a ¿ city view¿ room as per my booking, she refused to acknowledge that and gave me a room of her choice !

The room was clean with modern fixtures.

I ride a motorcycle and have stayed at other hotels where it was offered to park under the front canopy at night.

Everything location was great very clean and the hospitality was great

Bathroom. The shower was amazing. The room was nice. The couch was quite hard and uncomfortable. The bed was nice. More pillows would have been helpful.

It was clean and very conveniently located.

It was very uncomfortable and had design flaws in the room, which made it difficult to charge electronic devices. And no hot breakfast. At this point, science supports it. Other hotels are doing it safely.

The staff was amazing. The room was clean and comfortable.

I understand we are experiencing a pandemic, yet the grab and go breakfast was lacking.

Great staff. Accessibility is great. Room and bathroom is large.

I picked up a breakfast grab bag with cereal and 2% milk. The milk had an expiration date that was three days ahead. Even so, the milk came out curdled.

I have to say the breakfast had a lot of options and was pretty good.

Great to stay in a new, clean hotel!

Loved it!

Employee, went above and beyond to make us comfortable.

The modern look, and cleanliness.

Brand new hotel. Personnel very nice and pleasant

The staff was impeccable

Breakfast needs improvement

Will never to return to...

The TV remote would not work. We called the front desk and they gave us another remote and that one did work either. They never apologized to us!!

Breakfast was excellent. So many choices. Breakfast work - she was very helpful. Management was excellent and responsive.

Nice breakfast and sitting area. Felt like a safe and comfort stay on our road trip.

The staff there were great. Everyone was friendly and helpful and polite

The room we had did not have a view. I specifically asked for a nice view. There was a large white machine blocking our view. The walls in the room were dirty. There was black mold in the shower. The breakfast was mostly prepackaged food choices. No eggs to go with the bacon

Breakfast was excellent. So many choices. Breakfast work - she was very helpful. Management was excellent and responsive.

Convenient location, great breakfast, comfortable beds
