Staff is the only good thing

Rooms smelled like weed, pee and rotten furniture, Floors were dirty., pool was nasty looking.

Comfortable befs, clean room other than stains on floor of tub.

The train passes right behind my room. Woke me up in the middle of the night.

Right along highway 81. Very convenient. Clean and well priced.

This is our 3rd time there and it looks like it¿s starting to go down hill

The staff was friendly and helpful, the room was big and comfortable and clean the beds were comfortable and the sheets were nice, access to the highway was perfect on and off no problem and break was good and hot lots of selection

I can¿t say I disliked anything

Clean, convenient, well laid-out, reasonably priced, easy to book online.

Breakfast left something to be desired...

Staff very pleasant. Good breakfast variety. Also handy location.

Kind helping folks at breakfast but a little stifling. Hovering about especially when there are two of them.

Location was nice.

They offer a Swimming pool, but it was closed for maintenance. This was the reason I choose this hotel. I don't like deception and feel it should be noted prior to paying.

The bed was comfortable and it was pretty quiet

The breakfast was terrible. The staff had an attitude especially about the train that went by the bedroom at 2am.

It was very convenient and easy to get to I was very happy with the staff and it was very clean

This hotel has a policy they don't allow locals to stay in their hotel, so the clerk asked me why I was staying there and said she had to get permission from her manager before she could allow me to check in. Even though I had a reservation.

Right at the interstate. Several restaurants close by.

Breakfast. A) Didn't open til 7am B) When I got there I found coffee from a machine(terrible) and extremely limited COLD food offerings (cereal ECT.). Was surprised to not even see the standard waffle machine. I should have left at 6 instead of delayin

Clean, in good repair, great staff, good breakfast and wonderful breakfast attendant. All of the staff were polite, helpful, well trained, and pleasant. Location was very convenient too.

Very bad pet odor. We should have asked for another room but desk clerk advised they ¿were booked up¿ so we didn¿t bother. Found out later they were short on staff (understandably.. Covid?). Desk clerk on check-in at 5:00 somewhat curt.

The location was fine. The front desk and food staff were friendly. I had no interaction with any other staff.

They blame it on the virus. There was no change of linens for 3 days. Had to go to the desk to get fresh towels. The food was ok but they ran short of a couple of items. The price was high, Occupancy was low except booked Saturday, stayed elsewhere.

bathroom- not clean brown stuff in toilet, long hair in shower. Window seal 4 dead bugs. No microwave 4th floor. Train side too loud. AC vent dirty.Carpet need upgrade. Chairs dirty, hotel needs upgrade for price . Elevator-jerky, cobwebs on window.
