Sleep Inn Staunton

Clean, quiet and comfortable room. Good location.

Front desk woman was rude & kept pressing me for my phone number at check-in. I told her it was unlisted and wasn't needed on a prepaid reservation. While I recommend the hotel, her actions had me thinking about staying elsewhere in the future.

Cleans and quiet

The bathroom is satisfactory, except the toilet is very small

Nice, clean room. Decent price. Friendly staff.

Very friendly staff. Room clean and breakfast was really nice.

Only having one chair in the room.

New, clean, friendly staff, well lit parking, variety at breakfast

weird room layout especially bathroom, queen bed in single bed room instead of king, paper thin walls

The hotel was clean and bed was extremely comfortable, almost equivalent to home bed. The front desk lady that we forgot to ask her name was very friendly and welcoming! It was so nice to see a smiling face after a long road trip!! We will die back!

The entire hotel was redone less than a year ago. Everything is new. All new floors and no carpet. Much easier to keep clean.

Great value for the price.

I could hear the man in the room next to us snoring. I'm not sure if he's an exceptionally loud snorer or if the walls were thin. I did not hear any other sounds through the walls.

For the price, I was expecting a little lower quality. I was pleasantly surprised with the cleanliness, and the amenities. To me, it was every bit as good as hotels in a higher price range, right down to the breakfast.

Whole new make over makes it a pleasure to stay. Super clean - terrific TV in room - outstanding bed.

Pillows, bed, and sheets were the best I've ever had at a hotel! Breakfast was stocked, clean, and the lady working there was very friendly and helpful.

I prefer the sink in the bathroom, not the room. Just my preference. Not a game changer though.

Quiet, clean, comfortable beds

Not their fault: remodeling lobby so it looked like a construction site but room itself was great

Brand new room. Breakfast room service

Under renovation. No lobby, breakfast area.

Cleanliness

The bathroom was like a half bath with pocket door. Had a shower tray and commode. Sink in the bedroom. Not too private.

friendly staff, doggie welcome bag, $20/night pet fee.

Everything...the staff was very polite and helpful, room was immaculate, location was close to the the exit from main highway, etc.

Not the fault of the hotel...GPS took us off the road to the hotel, but after reinstalling the address it took us to the hotel.

Right off the highway

The breakfast was not good. (HOT BREAKFAST) consisted of a microwave sausage biscuit. Free is free..

The staff were extremely kind and helpful. Each employee was contributing to make sure you had the best experience possible. Everyone was smiling , working and cleaning .

Quiet, comfortable room. Very helpful staff. I arrived in middle of the night and receptionist at the front desk stood outside while I parked my car and came into the building. It is a very safe area. He was simply being courteous which I appreciated.

Lobby could use and upgrade.

Room was very comfortable. Bed was excellent. Check in went great.

Breakfast area was small for the size of the hotel. People, on bus tour, who had finished eating stayed at their tables even when others were obviously looking for a place to sit down. Breakfast selection also was less than expected.
