Tru by Hilton Staunton

I loved the location, environment of the lobby and staff were great. Love the complementary water bottles and snacks available for purchase easily.

The bed was NOT comfortable, the room was rather small, and the shower door did not close all the way. The TV was sitting on a shelf basically at the foot of the bed so was hard to watch while laying down.

Hotel adress is not in Gps take you to someones back yard 20 mins away. Change adress to richmond ave Breakfast that was provided was okay

Never came to make beds, never delivered any clean towels even after asked front desk, never took garbage, room is large but all tile so very cold . No dressors just shelf on the wall. No coffee pot of fridge in the room.

We came from Virginia Beach after staying with Hilton and Double Tree for 3nights. I'm a Hilton gold member., no buffet BF at Hilton or Double Tree. But there are BF at Tru which is highly appreciated. Also rooms are much cleaner and more modern @Tru.

Staff didn't give me the water and snack for 1st night which is the choice if gold Hilton member the two nights we stay However we got our water and snack from the manager for the 2nd night.

Very, very clean

Breakfast was just there only fresh fruit was oranges. Sausage was okay and eggs were the powdered stuff.

Friendly staff, cleanliness, convenience, and a great breakfast.

First time staying at a Tru. Very basic room, no carpet, plenty of light in bathroom. Reminded me of a Microtel. 12 movie channels. Recommend as long as you know what you are getting.

Desk was only 18 X 36, very small, hard to use with computer and note pad. When you sit at the desk you are within arms length of a 60 in TV.

It was clean. The "covid breakfast" was better than in other places we've stayed.

The decor was weird. Made the place very cold, sterile, uninviting.

Hotel lobby was clean, spacious and staff were very friendly. Bed was comfortable and large Nice big flat screen TV

Room was very bare. Literally nothing in it except a mini fridge.Rooms are extremely small, same goes for shower and If you are a big dude, probably you won’t be comfortable bathing. breakfast is a joke.they should not advertise it.not worth the rate.

Everything about this hotel is amazing especially with the virus still around. Beds were absolutely amazing, huge tv with beautiful screen, wonderful shower, and plus I loved how there black put curtain in the room. Never slept better!!

There were no microwaves in the rooms. Truly only down fall they have a community one you use in the lobby they gets cleaned after every use.

Easy access to the highway (it was a stop-over on a long drive).  the front desk was exceptionally helpful. Nice clean, comfortable rooms.

No complaints at all.

The staff was very helpfull

A couple things related to the room was not convenient for people that have to dress up for a special meeting. No closet space. Also the walls were very thin we could hear the guy next door snoring.

We loved this new modern hotel with great amenities And a friendly staff. The game room was so much fun . The staff was so helpful and nice . Excellent place to stay new and modern , clean and Fun , comfortable rooms too! Great stay

Choices for breakfast and the person who checked us in on Saturday evening had a charming personality.
