- The staff was unhelpful and dismissive when they weren?t too busy doing laundry to deal with customers.
- The location is great and very nice because next to trains station

- The hallways had a horrid smell
- Yes you have keep asking for them to fix and take days for them to fix it
- The hotel smelled of weed from the moment I walked in the door. Carpets were dirty and dingy. Both elevators were sketchy and buttons were broken off with holes. The room was out as bad. It had a strong odor and the cabinet doors were falling off.
