Hampton Inn & Suites Smithfield

The unit was clean, roomy and centrally located. The staff was extremely friendly.

Nothing. Too expensive for the style. Paid for a king room and was initially given two queen bedroom. Had to go back to desk 4 times to get key cards that worked.

Price per room. Does not represent Hilton name. Location was only good thing for us.

It's convenient to my family's location.

Rooms showers were filthy, with mold & mildew.

The hotel was beautiful and clean. The bed was very comfortable and the air was just perfect. The complimentary breakfast was delicious. Staff were courteous and respectful. Thank you.

did not like the beds, too uncomfortable. no fan or night light in bathroom. only had one chair others visiting had to sit on beds.

Was not a 3-star hotel. The front desk staff was very friendly BUT the rooms was dirty. There was debris on the floor and a roll of tape In a corner. Shower was dirt and mildewy.

Yes, as I said it did not meet the criteria of a 3-star hotel. The room was not clean ... debris on floor, roll of tape in a corner and shower was dirty and mildewy.

Everything was magnificent from the cookies at the front desk, to the impressive breakfast, to the friendliness of the staff, to the incredibly clean hotel room! If I ever stay in Smithfield, VA, I will definitely stay at the Hampton Inn!

We were there 3 nights. Each morning I had to ask for towels to workout. There were none in the workout room or pool. Each night I had to ask for Shampoo and soap. We received towels but nothing else. It seemed clean but not much attention to detail!

The Breakfast had healthy food choices. The fresh oatmeal w/nuts/cranberries was wonderful.We love a breakfast buffet with eggs,sausage,bacon,pastries etc. The beds were very comfortable with a fluffy comforter and room was spacious.

No I loved it. First time at a Hampton Inn and it was great.

After 7 needs an extra staff person so there's always help available immediately.
