My toilet did not work for 3 days. No trash/fresh towels etc for the 1st 3 days. After that all was great.

Clean, updated, comfortable bed, decent breakfast

Close to the airport and offering a shuttle bus.

The first room I was given was totally inadequate, coffee pot & TV didn't work, After a day that started at 3:00AM, I had to go downstairs to reception (the phones were not working) 2X to expediate a change in room. Charged higher cost for room switch.

Location of the hotel in vicinity to the airport and downtown. Room was spacious. Breakfast was decent.

A hotel counter representative reported me as a "no show" when I checked in on 1 NOV 24 between 1230-1pm when I tried to check out. I had access to my room up until 10p on 2 NOV 24, when I had to get the room key rekeyed. Glad no one reserved the room.

It was close to the airport.

The bed was horribly uncomfortable. It had huge sunken spots.

The staff, especially front desk and dining, were very friendly and helpful. I liked the daily changes in breakfast offerings.

You should have 12:00 pm checkout. No collateral in the room to advise of hotel policies (e.g. checkout); TV operation, top channels, etc. No mention of shuttle availability

The beds were very comfy & clean

The first room was terrible & smelled of mold. Some wallpaper was coming off the bottom of the wall and there were cob webs in the window sills. Second room we asked to be moved to was much better. Then we received bath mats instead of towels. Took awhile

This hotel is clean, the pool and a hot breakfast is a plus.close to shops and restaurants

The staff are always so friendly. The room was very clean.

The breakfast was cold but it was ok.

staff was amazing. Fastest checkin ever. Front desk clerk was ready for my arrival. Clean and comfortable.

The front desk was friendly and courteous, a welcome sight after traveling

They ran out of extra towels, but it was not a big deal

It was clean and the woman at the front desk was very friendly ¿¿

There were no double queen rooms available, but it was ok because we got a king and sleeper sofa for a good price.

Very close to airport landing and takeoff flight line. Breakfast on Sunday was good, but Monday was not. Little variety

The staff is what makes this place! They are friendly and welcoming and wonderful.

The hotel is in need of repairs and updates. It¿s furnishings are worn down and falling apart.

The Breakfast was good

The location not walkable, louder than expected had to change rooms, pool closed.

So clean and bright.

Disappointed we booked to use the pool for a day on our vacation but the pool was green

Accommodating staff, clean, shuttle available.

A bit pricey.

Clean rooms. Friendly staff.

Reserved and paid for a room with 2 beds and only a single was available.
