Quality Inn Richmond Airport

Near the airport. Relatively quiet room.

1. Significant mildew in the room, which wasn’t very clean. 2. A sewage-y smell from the water. 3. Uncomfortable mattress & flimsy bedding. 4. AC out in fitness center & overwhelming mildew smell. 5. Ridiculously noisy staff at breakfast.

Breakfast served until 9 AM but out of eggs and meat by 8:30. Two story hotel but no elevator.

no wifi so i could watch movies on my firestick very outdated hotel breakfast was less to be desired!!

So gross. Luckily no sign of bed bugs ang no smoking on the premisis, so... thats good? The staff was very nice.

There was something nasty (poop?) on the wall of the bathroom. The bathroom light flickered like a strobe light- I thought I was gonna seizure taking a shower. Door was rotten and wood peeling off the bottom. Everything was old and worn.

Easy arrival and departure. Everything worked fine. I could walk to a reasonable restaurant.

Close to Colonial Downs, nearby food options, and free breakfast.

We had an emergency due to death of a family member and there was no accomodation for refund or credit

Room was not what I expected, asked for queen beeds, but the were small to us.

My key worked.

Tons of sketchy people in the parking lot hanging out and some in the hallways. Niose and yelling in the hallways ALL night long. Police were there also. When we left at 4am there were 5 policemen on our hallway. We did not feel relaxed or safe.

The location was close to where I needed to be the next day.

The room we booked was not cleaned prior to our arrival. We had to switch rooms, second room had a musty smell but was at least clean. But the toilet didn?t flush right (you had to hold down the handle and mess around with the tank) and the sink clogged.

Dirty floors, super bright hallway light that shone into room, very poor AC on a real hot day.

Close to airport. Very pleasant and helpful staff. Very clean.

Mattress is ok but should be replaced sooon. Needs firmer bed pillows. No problem sleeping but needs replacement soon.

The beds are very uncomfortable. We extended our trip but changed hotels due to the beds.

There was no trash can in the entire room. I had to put trash on the counter by the sink. The TV remote only turned on and off to one channel. Unable to change channels.

Lovely, accommodating managers and clean, comfortable room with a great location for an early morning flight.

The room had some age to it, but really didn't affect us.

Very poor maintenance. Noted especially the bathroom. It¿s old fixtures and drop down ceiling rusty. Bathroom ventilation Fan half hanging out of ceiling. Overall room was of impression of unkept Obviously an owner that doesn¿t seem interested in upkeep.

Upon check-in, the staff indicated that there was a 2 night maximum stay for this pre-paid reservation, which is outrageous. It took 3 days, and communications to the CEO to get the issue sorted - without an apology. Awful staff.

Wi-Fi did not work properly, refrigerator freezer was full of frozen ice (needed to be cleaned) The Homeless was hanging around the premises . Would not recommend.

The short distance to the airport

There was an advertisement for shuttle service and when I called hotel after booking room I was told not shuttle service. The room had no heat.

Quiet location, off from the main road. Close to the Airport.

I couldn't connect to the internet. My friend tried to take a shower and she saw some brown water came out from the tap. Sink was fine. There was no cup for coffee. Even at the breakfast. it was around 7am.
