Motel 6 Sandston, VA - Richmond

The staff was really great (until I asked for a refund for the bed bug incident)

The bed bugs. I was bitten on my face hands fingers and arms. They then moved me to a room with roaches.

No pet fee.

Pillows were not pillows. they were clumped like the shape of an egg. Pergo floor lifting up from water damage. Slight odor in the bathroom. Didn't get much sleep because of so called pillows.

Nothing best about the hotel. I have photos of the door to submit but option to upload. I will call to request refund.

I did not sleep all night. The location was rowdy. Individuals walking around the parking lot shirtless. The environment smelled Marijuana. What created the most fear and sleepless night was the cracked door which brought in light and noise.

Close to the airport for late arrival just somewhere to sleep in.

Not having the room I booked, gave me a smoke room very smelly not good for my son.!

ThForoutside appearance wasnt the greatest wen i pulled up but the staff was VERY NICE....and my room WAS ALL NEW IT APPEARED...CLEAN AND BEAUTIFUL. I liked there was no carpet but beautiful flooring....evdrything worked..plenty of towels and toilet paper

It was dirty and we seen 3 cockroaches so we immediately left.

We normally like Motel 6 due to Clean premises. Find out which hotels get lots of police calls is my advice. Find out which motels have contract to house mental health patients and those with addictions. Do what is healthy for your loved ones.

Police said this hotel has contract with government to house people with mental problems. A man we had never met, knocked on door 10pm, 12am TWO NIGHTS 530pm 2nd day. We called police. He was made to leave. Hotel let him back on premises. We evacuated.

Housekeeping staff were very welcoming & nicer then registration/front desk/parking permit staff.

Lies about handicapped accessibility room request, from day 1

Close to restaurants.

Everything was okay. Nothing to complain about.Front desk staff really friendly and helpful.

Very close to the airport

Unfortunately, I was bet by a bug during my sleep. Also, after an hour from check in, somebody tried to break into my room (luckily I had the lock on). It appeared that the previous occupant of the room has keys that are still working!!!

Room was very clean and the maids did a great job.

It was very scary the first night. There were a bunch of men talking outside my room till about 4am. I had to call the front desk to get them to stop loitering and then the men were knocking on my door. I was too scared to answer.

we were roomed next to people who were screaming all night and playing loud music all throughout the day

Location. It was right off highway and close to our venue.

The was supposed to be a NO SMOKING room. As soon as I opened the door all you could smell was smoke. I had to sleep in my car. Everything smelled like smoke, the pillows, sheets. The bed spread had a whole form a cigarette burn.

The bathroom utilities

The dead bolt didn't work. I had to get a new key card every night. People blocking stairs smoking weed 2 nights. First night People tampering with my rental car setting off the alarm 3 times. There was only hand towels to dry off with the first night.

Nothing the staff was rude. Ask for a extra pillow I have sleep apna I was told the didn't have any

The location

The wifi didnt work. The shower was dirty. The water pressure is the shower was very low. It was dog barking all night. We had flying bugs.

It was cheap, and easy to find. Remodeled bathroom was pretty

Smelled like a 1960s Bowlng alley. Nothing quit like decades old cigerette smell baked into the walls.

Nothing I would say price but that was too high for that room!

The room had a dirty floor and bathroom! The bed moved out of place and no microwave, no refrigerator etc....

no hot water for shower--a/c fan made noise all night-----internet was VERY difficult to get on (despite paying $4.95)---floors were pergo and dirty------was given handicap room I did not want--this was the worst experience I have ever had
