The hotel charges for parking - $10.

Room 1: dead bolt did not lock, plate in door frame CLEARLY too small. Floor in bathroom dirty and had scuff marks all over. Comforter was dirty/stained Room 2: dead bolt did close but it took much force. Sheet was dirty with crud. Won?t go back.

Morning snacks we not what the attendant told us and not nearly enough. In fact, there was nothing when we came down at 730 am

Housekeeping supervisor no manner and late .. had to wait give a ok to check . She did not speak or introduce herself nor apologize for the lateness.

I liked that the proximity to the interstate and airport were convenient. Plus once you got on I-64, it was a straight shot to downtown Richmond.

I stayed on the 3rd floor and it seemed like I heard every footstep that the person on the 4th floor took & I mean every step. So I can attribute that to thin flooring. I can't speak on the walls because there was no one in the room next to me.

Extremely noisy air conditioning unit on the roof above my room. Complained to front desk staff, was told it would eventually stop, just get usedan to it.

Very clean and the location was perfect for access to the airport.

Person who checked me in was pleasant and knowlegeable

My family liked the convenience of the hot breakfast each morning.

Loved the location and the fact that there was a free shuttle to the airport, a breakfast included.

My tv wasn't working, there was an issue with the payment I was charged, and I was disappointed that I had to keep going back downstairs to the front desk to get issues resolved because there was not enough staff available. Also, I had expected the hotel to be a bit cleaner than it was.
