Very noisy staff not friendly and breakfast was a joke for $15

Size of the room and the large jacuzzi tub.

The fact that breakfast was not included as it is with lower to mid range hotels was annoying.

Helpfull friendly Staff, good communication & following instructions!

Our server in the "lounge" was great. In fact, all of the staff was great

Seemed to be a lot of deferred maintenance in this hotel. I expected more from the Hilton name

Room,no heat,marajuana smoking all night into the morning, refrigerator didn't didn't work, the toilet constantly stopped up to the point my husband had to use a coat hanger to unclog it and the bathroom sink water took approximately 10-15 minutes for hot

I for sure will be staying here again in the very near future. The lady at the desk was VERY nice and helpful.

Totally was disappointed that check out was 12 and not 11 like I thought. I hate rushing around.

The king whirlpool room is nice, the jacuzzi was just what we needed.

The breakfast that they offered was minimal.

Hotel was quiet and clean.

Outdated, dark, not a very good location.

things are broken....the toilet flapper was broken and toilet running when we arrived. Needed to manually close at each flush. The coffee maker in room did not work. The door entry was broken. Needed batteries replaced...

There is nothing about this hotel that deserves a 9/10 as advertised. Everything was below average.

There were plumbing issues, no maintenance person on site, no back up person when she did not come in at the right time. There were room signs held up with painter's tape. The front desk people are untrained and inexperienced due to turnover. Stay away!
