- The cleanness and the location.
- Handicapped room was bigger than my house.
- Hotel employee in the breakfast area was terrific. Bus ride from airport to hotel A+. I checked in middle of night, your desk took great care of me. Next day on checkout, same thing, just a terrific crew you have there at Doubletree Hilton Richmond Airport Hotel.
Cons -
- The bathroom ceiling appeared to have mole and falling apart. I actually left and checked-in another hotel.
- The pool looked like it needed attention
- The only thing I didn't like was the chase lounge needs to be cleaned or replace. It had a stain that would cause people not to sit on it.
