The sheets were dirty full of human hair, had to change the sheets myself as the cleaning crew had left for the day when we checked in at 4 pm

I stayed here because of the advertised shuttle. I confirmed twice it ran all night with no reservation needed, yet when I arrived at 10:30 PM on August 11, I was told it would not come and I had to pay for a cab.

Location and cleanliness.

There were noisy children and adults awake all night stomping on the upstairs floor and a group of them yelling, screaming, constantly slamming their room door next to my room and playing their television excessively loud. The issue was not resolved.

- Room size - Breakfast selection - Nice staff

- Noise - loud tvs, slamming doors (all this didn¿t last long but it was a disturbance) - Corrosion in bathroom around shower - Hair in bedsheets

Location was very convenient. Hotel cleanness was outstanding. Staff was exemplary.

Water faucet pressure was very weak.

2 rooms were rented for tenants as their apartments were having work done. This hotel was close to the apartments and customer comments were good.

That I couldn't use the pool.

The room was spacious and the location was very close to everything one might need, Food, shopping, sightseeing.

The water pressure in the sink and shower was the worst. Tried adjusting the shower head but nothing worked. The bathroom was one of the finest around, but to lack water pressure made it just an ordinary bathroom. Disappointed!!

Nothing, the pandemic may have effected this opinion though since the amenities were limited.

We did not receive the room we requested, guest couldn't get in for check-in without a key fob and it wasn't because of late hours. You literally had to just wait for a guest to let you you since staff wasn't alert. Smoke smell in a smoke free hotel.

Hotel employee a priceless jewel. So personable and helpful, so full of information. Above and beyond customer service and satisfaction.Best hotel personnel ever - and we travel a lot, internationally.

Bed sheet never changed, there are hairs on the bed.

I was put in a handicapped room, did not request one.

Poor staff. They all had attitudes. Got mad because I asked for a different room because it smelled like dog and cigarettes. The room was still dirty look like housekeeping just was rushing.

Breakfast Options

Location close to the airport with shuttle service coming and going was seamless. Coffee is good, as is the breakfast.It is suprisingly quiet considering the proximity to the airport.
