The front desk rep checking me in was excellent. The front desk staff went downhill from there.

Parking fee is not warranted for this location.

Location and amenities, close to the airport and our family. It has a full kitchen and offers breakfast. I think parking is free again not sure. Waiting on my final bill.

We were surprised that we did not upfront pay to park. We had to pay in January. Have not yet seen my final charges so...This location serves pork meat 6 days a week and puts it in the eggs at least twice a week. What about the rest of us?

Friendly staff at the front desk!

It was very noisey after hours. You could hear people in the hallway all night long. The hotel was also under construction so not the most inviting environment.

The only complaint was the breakfast could of been better and the shower was small

The staff was fantastic, the location is great and has several nearby eateries and conveniences.

My only complaint about this hotel is the lack of signage, we passed it the first two times because there is no sign, just a picture of a duck, as if, somehow you're supposed to know that is their logo.

Knowing that my flight was a late one I called the hotel to inform them we would be arriving around midnight and to not cancel our reservation. Unfortunately our flight was further delayed by two hours and we arrived at almost 2 am and room was cancel

I was so disappointed ! A --- dollar room Hilton to be exact was nasty. Black long hair in my shower, ruffled bed, dirty sink. Need I say more?

The Hotel was very clean and the Hotel staff followed protocols of safety quite well and were very helpful about tourism in the York Town Beach

We would have liked the bedding to be made each day

It was conveniently located to the even we attended.

Room was not clean, air conditioning did not work, breakfast was not what was expected. We paid more to get a hotel with breakfast and ended up having to eat elsewhere. Elevator broken. Keys stopped working and had to go get new ones.

The bed was very comfortable, and I enjoyed the tvs in both the living and bedroom.

The bathroom did not lock, the heater made weird noisy sounds when on, and the hotel did not really feel luxury for the ---$ I paid...

Its an older hotel with rooms that havent been updated since it was probably built. Tiles on the bathroom floor were loose, popcorn ceiling and smells old. The staff is very friendly as a positive note and its really close to the airport.

The sofa bed was very uncomfortable and the room could have been a little cleaner.

The customer service was great, the room was nice and clean and my kids enjoyed themselves
