20 bucks more that the cheapest places so I felt slightly more at ease about the security of my vehicle.

The ratty exterior/interior and oh yeah, red marks on the walls (maybe blood?) and a huge stain on the carpet (maybe a former huge pool of blood?) Wonderful.

Elevator out of order and they had put everybody that checked in on Thursday on the first for and I needed a handicap room

Had to go to the front desk and ask for the remote to the TV. The room had wasted space. It looked like things there supposed to be in places but left empty. Could see stains on sheets.

It was convenient.

The front desk employees were very hard to understand, the breakfast eggs were powdered and the coffee was coffee water, the elevator shook everytime we took it, the room keys stopped working on our second day, the room furniture was put in weird places.

My wheelchair accessible room must have been recently updated. Very bright and clean. Quiet, despite proximity to Interstate. Staff was very helpful with all requests. Not the Ritz Carlton, but a great deal for the money. Good free breakfast,too.

I'm not a big fan of small square pillows, but they gave me 5 of them, which helped.

This was an emergency stop and was exactly what we needed. Staff member at the front desk was so nice and helpful.

The staff was kind. The pool was fun and warm. The breakfast was delicious. The beds adequate.

The location and cleanliness of the hotel was great!

There was no window for my room, it was wrapped in plastic and although it didn't affect the temperature in the room, I couldn't check on my vehicle in the parking lot which I would have preferred to be able to do. Otherwise the room was fine!

Location and convenient

It¿s too dark and gloomy. The Hotel staff were not very friendly. The vending machine was damaged, snacks were hanging out and the actual vending machine was lifted open. I informed the overnight Desk attendant and his response was simply ¿yes I am awa

The room was great! The beds were comfortable and the shower was amazing!

I had an ADA room. However, the shower needed an extra grab bar or a shower chair.

Not much - the hotel itself was uninviting but the room was a little better than the lobby hallway and elevator

Pretty much everything. It was dirty in the lobby - dated and being renovated throughout. The hallway had not been vacuumed in awhile and it just was not appealing at all. The elevater smelled terrible. The room was ok -dirty sink

The bed and bedding was new, fresh and comfortable

The bathroom was in disrepair with peeling paint and darkened, gloppy-looking caulk around the tub.

Bath room was not acceptable, poor caulkining, rusted sink and bath drains, did not dare use the shower.

Room was clean, however everything was stained, bed covering, carpet,, drapes - clean stained soft goods.

The location.

There was black mold growing around the bathtub (I took pictures of the black mold), the refrigerator didn't work, the tv stopped working. The staff could say was how sorry they were. They didn't offer to do anything to try to make this better.

The hotel wasn¿t clean at all & the pool wasn¿t heated. I asked multiple times to have the pool heated & it didn¿t happen.

Yes! Clean the room especially the shower. There was hair on the wall, mold around the shower and a soft spot in the tub that moves when I move. I thought it was going to collapse.

Black mold, lime covered plumbing, chipped caulking, THIN walls/floors (LOUD), trash in stairwells, paltry breakfast, poor security, exposed wires, frosted over fridge, dirty microwave, thin windows (LOUD), ancient A/C unit.

The location.

The bathroom was dirty. The pool was dirty. The hotel staff was not helpful. The room had bugs roaches. The pillows case had stains on them.

Consistently clean rooms and friendly staff. Location to my work is perfect.

Continental breakfast isn’t very good. Bagels were stale. No milk for cereal

Fresh paint, that was about the renovation.

No hot items for breakfast, except the coffee.
