- This is a newer hotel. The rooms are comfortable and are not overly decorated and furnished. The staff was friendly, proffessional and welcoming.
- Price and friendliness of staff
- It was a first time staying at a Tru by Hilton hotel. I thought the room was beautiful and the area in the lobby to meet others was impressive.
Cons -
- This was a nice stay, no complaints.
- Towels were stained. Toiletries were hard to access. Pet fee was excessive for the area.
- Customer service, was not told of pet fee prior to booking hotel, and TV did not work in room.
