- For four days we were unable to get fresh towels and have the trash emptied. the toilet seat was broken, there were cigarette butts scattered right outside our door and we found cockroaches. Worst hotel experience ever.

- made res 12-24 for end of 03 for an accessible room went to check in at 3 the receptionist said she had NO acc rooms available told wife no rooms she needs acc showed me the res went back in and told them we had res for one the rec THREW the keys at me
