The noise level. No carpeting can hear every footstep above you. Can hear everything in the hallway. Doors slamming shut. They threw away my phone charger.
The reservation I made was not honored and the staff gave several excuses why they did not have the room that we reserved. Seems the hotel caters to the contractor business. The hotel was surrounded by construction vehicles.
They did not have proper sheets on the bed.
