Location and pet friengly

The bathroom was filthy ( tub had a ring around it ) toilet seat was broken and near unusable. The hotel hallway wreaked of cigarette smoke. Hotel was NOT A 2.5 star for the money !!

We only stayed 1 night. There were restaurants easily walked to, like across the parking lit is Ruby Tuesday. Across a side street is Applebee's. This is a well built up exit off I95.

Nice staff

Room had not been cleaned, there was trash from prior guests, dust clothes, well used soaps from prior guests. Not sure if the sheets were clean or not although beds were made up.

We had 2 rooms;1 was fine but very basic, The other room had shabby ripped furniture in awful shape (goodwill would not accept this level damaged junk), front door handle lock was cracked off, it had bad odor. Terrible bfast choices. 2-star hotel at best.

Friendly staff, clean room , nice breakfast

We have stayed here for five past years on an overnight with a cat. The first floor rooms make it easy to transfer the cat and get her settled down for the night. The new manager has improved the friendliness , Cleanliness, and breakfast. Excellent.

It was clean

We booked this hotel because it advertised a pool, the pool was unkept, dirty and not usable. The air conditioning was very poor and it made sleeping uncomfortable.

There was nothing good about this hotel.

The entire place was awful. A lot of mold in rooms the smell was horrendous dehumidifiers in hallways to get the moisture out. Not a good place to stay especially if you have respiratory issues such as asthma.

Conventiently located off 95 south. The staff was friendly, the room was clean, the bed was SO COMFORTABLE! They are pet friendly. There is ample space to walk your pet out and around the property. Hot breakfast in the morning was all that we needed.

I liked the hotel and especially the staff, everyone was polite, and the rooms were good/clean.

The local is the only thing. I go to Petersburg often. The places/things I have to do is on the other side of Petersburg closer to colonial heights. The cost of gas makes a difference. There could be more items on the breakfast menu.

I saw 2 big roaches in my room which totally disgusted me - before I saw the roaches I thought it was a fairly enough hotel for the price. I will never stay there again.

The water dripped in the bath tub unless you super tighten the faucet. My wife could not turn the faucet.

They made me come get my own sheets with 5 kids, VERY rude staff, people living there.
