Bad area room was totally disgusting toilet kept running bathroom was gross tub shower paint coming off. Could not check out fast enough. Got our money back. Would Have rather slept in my car. Saw a guy bring his motorcycle in the room. Cops at hotel

Price point considering it was a busy weekend. Its a clearly old motel styled hotel so the ascetics aren't modern.

It was clean but the floor was dirty.

The rooms were dirty. Didn't have all the towels or a blanket. Wouldn't use the shower it was so bad. And this was the 3rd and best room.

Everything the place is falling apart no towels in room shower tub with holes floor sinking they should close this place down

Bed was OK, next to good gas station. Heat worked.

This hotel stay was just for a quick overnight sleep while driving 12- hour days. I wasn¿t expecting much for the very inexpensive price as we pulled in at 10pm but was pleasantly surprised with a lovely clean fairly modern room and bathroom.

It was quite very relaxing reliable closero an location that was needed. Theresa's some things that needed ro be fix like the was needed to be painted. Other then that I like the room will stay again.

It seemed like the cleaning staff was doing their very best to polish this turd. It's a shame that they couldn't get all of the cigarette burns in this non-smoking room off the furniture, vanity, and bathtub.

There is nothing on the building containing the office that indicates that the office exists or is open. It is poorly lit, and looks unoccupied from the road. The front desk worker was surly and unfriendly. The room contained only 2 small towels.

The flooring was soft in 1 area with slight water, maybe sewage, it smelt like pee.

There were muddy footprints all over the floor and there were NO blankets - just a light spread!!!!!!!!!! Generally sloppy care of the room and the making of the bed.

Just the location

Absolutely everything. The room was filthy, the bathroom was dirty and the tub looked like hadn¿t been cleaned in a long time. We didn¿t even dare taking a shower. That¿s how bad it was. The entire place was rundown. There were people drinking outside.

Proximity to my destination.

It's somewhat rundown, a lot of cats outside. A microwave would have been nice. My door key had a lot of trouble working. For the money though, this place worked out okay.

Front desk person was nice.

It was dirty and smelly.

Location

I was not expecting a luxury hotel, however, this hotel is not even 2star. Lacks maintenance, very old and poorly maintained furniture, cleanliness doesn’t look good.

Absolutely Nothing!

It was dirty and stinks. I asked for a non-smoking, yet it smelled like someone just smoked two packs of cigarettes. The shower was horrible. I didn't even sleep there. I went to a different hotel. I have the receipt to prove it. Can I get a refund?

staff and breakfast

It is difficult to find the hotel although it locates very close to the high way. Needs more sign boards for directions.

The only positive I can come up with is the shower was good. Staff were nice as well.

the room was very dirty, dead bugs on the floor, the fridge was leaking water all over the floor. Breakfast was poor at best. Clearly not as shown in photos.
