Quality Inn Lexington

Comfortable beds. Basic but clean rooms. Breakfast with fresh fruits, juices, bread, cereals, waffles, donuts, yogurt. Overall, amazing value for the price paid

Front desk was extremely helpful on check in. She'll remember the off the wall request.

Doors could be adjusted to stop the loud slamming at night...but most folks are selfish and dont care whether folks sleep or not so no big deal

The springs in the mattress made it very uncomfortable to sleep. I asked for towels several times and no one ever came after I was told that they would. The room was covered in dust and I had to exchange my key cards 3 times

Remodelling during the stay, broken furniture and toilet seat, loud fridge that froze everything, had to ask for a coffee pot.

Location, staff, free breakfast, price, clean and quiet room.

Quiet place, lots of rooms to choose from, staff I'd friendly and listens to the customers' needs, free good breakfast, free parking

nothing at all, they even limit how much coffee you can drink from breakfast.

It was dirty, there was broken slats on the heater/air conditioner besides it being filthy. crud on top of the frig and in the corner on the floor by the sink. The chair was falling apart until we pushed it back together. TV had snowy pictures, no guide.

Lost power for 3 hours (no back up generator), stuck on elevator 10 minutes after power restored and elevator never repaired, beds WAY TOO SOFT

Very nice staff, close to the horse shows and good price (as long as not on a football or parents weekend)

Cost

No coffee maker, no coffee, not even cups for water. Ran water long time for it get above lukewarm. Driving up to office a little bit daunting to see the original office/restaurant area in bad shape. Looks awful. Lots of pot holes. Not a good impression.

Room/furniture/etc. was pretty nice, AC worked well, waffles for breakfast.

Was a bit weird to be coming back to my room after work and finding three people sitting in camp chairs right outside it talking and such... nothing to do with the hotel itself of course, just a few weirdos picked an odd place to sit.

Nice pool, nice room/furniture, wifi works well, waffles for breakfast, etc. Lots of neat bugs hanging out on the walls and walkways outside at night, I counted at least 13 species (mostly moths, beetles, spiders and crickets; nothing icky like roaches.)

Microwave was not cleaned after previous occupant of room used it -- glass tray was dirty and greasy with crumbs when I got there. No issues aside from that.

There was a hole in the wall near one of the beds, seemingly kicked/punched in from a previous visitor? I took pictures of it pretty much as soon as I got there.

Waffles at breakfast, room was pretty nice. Saw lots of interesting bugs around when walking outside (nothing "icky," just a cicada, crickets, and moths -- including a LUNA MOTH, the first one I've seen in years!) Swimming pool was great!

There was a pretty big (a towel folded in half barely covered it) puddle of water in the corner of the bathroom when I checked in, presumably left behind by the previous occupant and not cleaned up when they checked out.

Staff had no problem moving me to another room when I had several issues with the first. Second room was very nice, with no problems at all!

First room had a smoke alarm with a dead battery, shower had a super slick spot that I slipped and fell on, and door did not close properly. Breakfast is advertised as available until 9:30 am... but they shut down the waffle makers earlier than that.

Everything was pretty good! Waffles at breakfast always great, rooms are nice, pool is pretty nice and not usually too crowded, etc... of the cheaper motels in the area this is almost certainly my favorite one.

Was a bit startled when I was about to take a shower and heard a metallic "THUNK" noise from above... turned out that the grate for the vent had come loose a bit from the ceiling and almost fallen off. Seemed like the plaster/etc. around it was the issue

Pool was very nice, AC in room worked well (took a while to cool off the first time around, but it was 90+ degrees out and room was on second floor, so that's expected), beds were comfortable, shower worked well, they had a waffle-maker at breakfast.

Not really! Location slightly awkward (way up on a hill behind a closed-down Mexican restaurant) but I've stayed here several times now and have gotten kinda used to that.
