Not clean, looked run down, outside entrance, way too expensive.

Location is great. Continental Breakfast is excellent.

After pulling our luggage through the lobby, we had to go back outside in the cold rain to access our room. Hair was in the tub from previous guests.

Remote for tv didn't work asked desk for a different one she never got me one sent me to ice machine noing that it didn't work sent me upstairs door was locked and water was running under the door

Hotel a/c had issues remaining on.

Even though the structure is old, room was very clean and well maintained. The room I reserved was HUGE!

Continental breakfast was okay. I wish there are more varieties.

Rooms smelled musty/moldy and the furniture had stains and overall the rooms needed to be updated. The hotel had outdoor corridors which was not expected for a 2.5 star property.

I liked that the staff was helpful, the room was clean, this hotel served a good breakfast and the location was near food and gas.

I did not like that the hotel did not have an elevator and it was very difficult to walk down the steps to the room on the 2nd floor.

Motel style so we got to park right outside the room. Great water pressure in the shower. Nice and quiet.

The young lady who checked my sister and I in was wonderful! It had been a very long day, long drive hauling a U Haul, traffic jams, etc and she was very helpful and kind and made check-in a breeze for my exhausted self!

The location was perfectly situated near the interstate and conveniently located near restaurants and stores.

I reserved a non-smoking king room, instead was placed in a double bed room that smelled of smoke. My reservation was not found in the system at all, and I was still charged the same price. The bathroom was not entirely spotless, either.

The non-smoking room I got had a stale smell of cigarettes in it. Staff was sincerely sorry and corrected the problem immediately

Friendly staff, good location. Restaurant next door if needed. Breakfast was a big plus.

Close to VMI. Restaurant (Applebee's) nearby.

Parked outside our Room 105. Not a good handicap entrance for someone with a walker.

The evening desk attendant was polite and made extra accommodations for my family (moved room to be next to friends, setup dining area so we could play a board game).

Lacked an indoor pool.

Too much noise of other guests at night but quiet down after 11 PM.
