- Heat/AC unit loud. Rooms have distinct odor. One front desk staff member normally unfriendly and always on phone. Appears disappointed every time I someone checks in as she has to put her phone down.
- No one at front desk for check in until I called, person was annoyed and unfriendly. Room closet was taped together, metal prong sticking out of bed frame which cut and bruised my leg and phone didn¿t work in either of the 2 rooms. Water stains on ceiling
