- Easy shuttle to hotel, nice room and staff

- The staff was not friendly. During our stay the very loud fire alarm went off, the elevators stopped working, and we were subsequently locked in the stairway trying to leave. Had there been a real fire, we would not have made it outside.

Beds were very comfortable. Transport to Dulles airport was good and reliable.
