The staff was exceptional as well as the location.

The room could have been cleaned better and the shower pressure was really low.

The gym was small and the machines would not allow you to sign up to use the tv or music.

The hotel was very dirty. Blood stains on my bed, comforter, and floor. The sinks had mold. It was very evident the rooms have never been cleaned.

The pleasant staff in the breakfast area. This may be the least paid employees, but they are the most valuable. They are usually the first staff contact guest have in the morning. You should pay them what they are worth.

When I stayed on my last visit, I booked through a third party. My bill was charged $15.50 they said it was a mistake on taxes and it shouldn't have been there. The hotel should watch those mistakes.

It was modern, clean, and cute! Great location too!

I hope the can get a fully functioning restaurant!

The general manager was extremely rude and because I said that they were rude, they made me leave the hotel before my checkout time.

I liked the location and set up of the rooms.

Desk staff was amazing. Housekeeping that knocked on our door the next day, not so much. Back of door said checkout was noon, not true snd housekeeping was sure to let us know and not in the most pleasant way.

The location and size of the room

House keeping did not clean our room our entire stay. When we requested it we were told they were gone for the day. We never saw them.

The amenities (patio, grill)

The carpet was stained and the bed was not made. It appeared to look like someone had slept in the bed.

The hotel is new and right in the heart of Peninsula Town Center. The hotel has a fresh and modern vibe with clean and fresh rooms. I loved the body wash and shampoo provided.

A staff member walked into our room at 10 in the morning startling my family out of our sleep. Checkout was not until noon, there was no reason anyone should have been checking our room, the manger was rude when told about the issue.

It was very sophisticated looking but very very comfortable New Age look awesome everything worked and It was extremely nice and a hidden treasure that you would not know about in that area

Just the shower stove handle came off but I advised him of it to fix and I could not get the coffee pot to work

It was beautiful and modern and so clean. The rooms had everything I needed.

A few things were broken in the room like lights and the room door actually got stuck. It took us like 3 minutes to get the door open. Had it been a fire that wouldve been horrible. And it was not user error. Also the key entry to lobby. Inconvenient
