Quality Inn Hampton - Newport News

I liked nothing about the hotel.

It was dirty. Nothing worked. The staff was rude. There were drug addicts on the balcony doing drugs.

There was nothing best about this hotel

The hotel was dirty, it stunk like old room and a cigarette mixture. There were dead bugs in the floor. The bathroom was HORRIBLE! The tub looked like it was used from the 80s without being washed. The shower curtain had blood and poop on it 🤮

Was unable to use booking due to technology default during booking.

Unable to cancel payment processed after 12am and system defaulted to next day 11th availability blocking requested stay for ending day 10th.

Fast check in , quiet, and convenient location

Price a little expensive for the quality of the room. Frayed wiring on the lamp, non smoking room reeked of smoke smell. Cigarette burns on toilet top and bathtub. But otherwise clean.

Location, hot water, clean bath linens.

Tv didnt change channels, burn marks in bedding, old furniture, lamps not working, noise all night and morning

We were able to make reservations at the very last minute.And they allowed us to check in early

The bedding was dirty and smelled like old heads.I'm pretty sure the linens had not been washed at all. The hotel also advertised breakfast.It was stale toast and cereal.

Location

Alot needed: smell of the rooms; cleaning in corners; maintenance for bath (door handle broken, will lock you in); loud air conditioning. Overall appearance, place need outside maintenance. Very bad overall.

DIRTY, Cockroaches, gun fire, and loud motorcycle both nights at 2 am

the price

The bed covering was dirty and had cigarette burn holes in it and I was supposed to have a non-smoking room. also the tub/shower did not look clean and I did not use. also the toilet did not flush

Everything else was dirty and smelly

The lack of blankets and and the lack of cleaning the floors and blankets in the rooms.

Very dated; Lots of issues with the keys; no breakfast

The room smelled like smoke the bathtub was no where near clean the sheets were dirty and the room just did not have a pleasant vibe everything is old and out dated and it is just so unclean probably should rebuild completely I did not even stay the night

Seriously nasty outside & inside. No phone available ,No breakfast's was available. Manager : stated wasn?t enough guests,however,I was charged over $--- for 2 nights. This place is saturated with homeless ppl, & drug attics.

Pool

Water tasted bad no refrigerator floor was dirty and you could see dirt around walls on floor shower had used washcloths still on shower rod no security lock

Next to eatery

The room had not been properly cleaned. Clothes from previous occupants were behind the door, rolled up dirty socks were in the tissue holder. The room door allowed for bugs to get in which had to be plugged with towels. There was an old musty smell.

There where stains everywhere in my room and on the walls, and there was a hole burnt into my blanket :(

The room did not look the pictures on the website. The room was drafty. Someone would smoke pot outside and you can smell it inside the room. The floor had not been cleaned in sometime. Noticeable dirt and trash was on the floor.
