Room was not cleaned to standard.No trash bags.Water back up.in shower.Fridge not working.No microwave.

The hotel is located close to my daughters school

The room was not ready at 3:pm as expected I returned 2 times to the hotel and by 4:20pm the room not ready . The room was not cleaned properly. Bathroom floors dirty , 1 set of towels for 3 people . Not happy at all .

Location and price.

Rooms and overall facilities are somewhat worn and outdated.

Our room was great.The working was nice and helpful.

I didn't like free breakfast and could be better.Beacuse we their about two yrs it's was so good.

the tv remote didn't work and the phone didn't work. there wasn't blankets or sheets or pillows for the couch bed

The fact that I was racially profiled and had the authorities contacted after dealing with consistently faulty room keys by the front desk staff was an epic failure.

The room wasn't what I expected from the Marriott. The hallways weren't very clean. The shower sliding door wouldn't stay close and the bathroom floor has a dip in it. There was a smell when you first walked in the room.

I did not stay here due to a booking issue. The bed size that I paid for was not even accommodated by this hotel and the would not update it.

This was the worse experience I have ever had. I arrived at this hotel at 5 pm, only to be turned around due to a booking error, that had me searching for a hotel until 10:30pm. I drove 5 hours to be stuck with no where to sleep for hours.

The location was the best part of the hotel.

The hotel staff was unfriendly. Even though I requested a room for 3 they tried to give me a smaller room. I had to complain that the room didn't have enough beds before they upgraded. The bathroom had stains on walls and floor. I will not go back again.

The doors were not sealed nor a 100% closure. There was some sort of party there with teenagers and that was not good

Not much!! I think the only thing we liked was the location. The outside of the hotel looked lovely which we found to be very deceiving.

The bed linen did not look clean and was really damp to the touch. The shower door did not close so the bathroom floor flooded. No free breakfast, even lesser hotels provide breakfast! Regret spending the money on this hotel, expected so much more.

The hotel staff was cordial and friendly. The room was clean and the hotel staff kept us with clean towels every day except for the day before check out. But that was okay we had enough towels to work with.

We knew that it was an older building that had been somewhat renovated, so there were some areas that needed painting because there were rusted doors, nooks, and crannies in the restroom area. On one occasion I saw a roach in the restroom.

Overall the staff was great and the hotel was clean.

I had booked a suite nearly 6 full months ahead of my stay as we had 4 adults sharing a room. Upon arrival I was informed they over booked the suite I had reserved and we were put into a room much smaller room with one bed and a terrible pull out couch.

You can tell that the hotel had somwtype of water damage. There was this old mildew type of smell on the first floor. Especially near the ice machine.

This is a barely managed hotel with no pool and very little staff.

This hotel is billed as 3 star? It is not. The pool, which the site claimed to have, had not been in use for what looked like years. It was disappointing because I had promised my kid he could swim but there was no where to swim. It is poorly managed.
