This hotel was the worst from check-in to dirty Lynn excessive insects in the room, including spiders in the shower. They didn’t even offer an ice machine or ice.

That it had high speed internet. The original reservation said there was no internet available.

After I booked and paid for room I was advised by a local not to stay there. Since there was no ability to get a refund I stayed elsewhere. I could not submit survey until I gave token answer to questions.

High crime area not interested in staying there and putting myself at risk

Drug addicts everywhere. Woman had a drug induced seizure while we were checking in. Found 3 toothbrushes in our bathroom. I don¿t like to think about a stain that was on our wall.

Blood stained sheets.

Pembroke ave. When you're coming and going. Not the hotels fault, be careful.

The mattress was comfortable. The bathroom was somewhat recently re-done with tiles, and the toilet was newer and functioning. TV worked, but we didn't really need or use it. Check-in was quick and easy.

The room smelled so bad of smoke it was completely disgusting. Everything we brought into the room was infused with the smell of cigarettes. Was afraid to leave our door open to air it out, due to the questionable area, guest with a visible handgun on his waste in a holster, made me feel like I should have brought mine. Had to wash our clean clothes we didn't even wear once getting home due to the overwhelming odor of smoke. The bedspread, words really can not describe how crusty it was. Glad we brought our own blankets to use or would have been without. Every surface in the room had burn marks, if the smell wasn't so bad, that really wouldn't matter. Did I mention the smoke smell?

Nothing about the room was likeable.

The hotel it was okay it was clean nice inside but entirely too much noise on a noisy highway couldn't get no sleep because of the traffic took the points no one wants to stay in a hotel and can't go to sleep and was up all night that was terrible

The air conditioning and the cable Televison worked. The Wi-Fi was excellent. Staff was friendly.

When I walked in, it smelled of cigarette smoke. There was a dirty ashtray on the bedside table which I threw out the door. The sheets and pillows had the same odor. There was no coffee pot, and the phone didn't work. There was no hair dryer in the bathroom and no plug to use for my own hair dryer. The cabinet doors were hanging off the hinges, The toilet paper roll fell to the floor after attempting to use it and the sliding door to the shower was hard to open and the rod fell off. There was no hot water for my morning shower and the floors were filthy.

How nice, clean and spacious the room was

Clean, convenient to downtown, 1-level & close parking.

No closet or hooks for garments or towels. Not good area for walking.

Location is great and not bad rom for price

Had problems with bugs in not one room but two and when asked the sraff to place us in another room they came and said it was dirt not bugs
