The location was good in proximity to my family. However the quality of the location has deteriorated and there is now an insect problem at the location. After dropping our bags and changing clothes to head to a family event we returned at 2Am to roaches
The roaches made it impossible to get a nights rest! I spoke with the manager and she said only the booking service could issue a refund. I sent an email the morning after the experience and have not had any feedback.

Few problems. Toilet issues; inop lights in bathroom; thermostat not visible; cable turns off often, volume goes up, when back on. Disappointed.

The pool wasn't ready early Saturday morning. It collected a lot of pollen which is understandable this time of year.
