- Nothing was satisfactory about this hotel from check in to check out
- Upon initially arrival we had to request another room. The first room and no working electricity and the floor was sticky (ewwww). Our room exchange worked out much better but odd little things took away from the experience.
- Check in was very quick and easy. Room was extremely clean and spacious. Plus very nice bathroom and kitchen amenities included. Location was perfect in the middle of Richmond and King¿s Dominion. A great room at a great price!
Cons -
- Elevator and halls did not smell clean and welcome on certain levels. Elevator was same way. Exterior outdoor to room was filthy. Only ours seemed to be this way tho.
- They didn¿t have a lot of things like ice snacks only 1 washing machine working they claim they only clean the rooms every 7 days they weren¿t very helpful and if they had anything it was broken
- A back up selection of towels and stuff if you¿re not going to have room service.
