The staff is very friendly, the morning complimentary breakfast is delicious, room is very clean and well stocked! This will be my hotel going forward for our yearly trip to Hillsville!

Actually the Contintal Breakfast! It was fantastic! Perfect! But really, the staff was the friendliest I have found in a hotel. They all seemed happy.

The room was quiet and very comfortable. The breakfast was outstanding, and they even provided bagged water and snacks for on the road! The staff were extremely helpful with directions to various events around Galax, and they made us feel very welcome.

Stayed there several times while visiting for music shows. Never disappointed with staff and room. Honestly,the best and freshest ingredients for included breakfast and after hours snacks!
Clean, up to date, good free wifi, very friendly, helpful staff. Each person we passed greeted us & asked if we needed anything. Room had all the essentials, plus fridge. Cookies offered at 5 pm.
Went to Galax for a Bluegrass event. National chain quality in a small town. Price was a bit high, but I think they raised it for the event. Breakfast was better than normal in this class of hotel.
it was clean. the pool was pleasant. staff was pleasant.
the basic internet was bad but after paying a bit for an upgrade it was fine.
