Pros +
- Staff went above and beyond and all seemed so happy to be there!
- Room layout. Wide-screen TV
- The hotel was nice and the breakfast was exactly what we needed.
Cons -
- No notice of additional pet expense.
- The gifted water bottles were a nice touch but there¿s an unnecessary use of plastic. Perhaps in the future utilize paper/cardboard water containers.
- Hotel was under constructions and I didn¿t know this until I got there. There was no microwave in room. The soap dish in the shower still have stains of previous soap use like it wasn¿t cleaned. Walls were scratched and marked up.
