We waiting 10-15 minutes to sign in. The desk clerk saw us pulling up tot he door and unloading an infant and luggage. He walked away from the desk and didn?t return for 10-15 minutes. Another staff person walked by us and went to the back ignoring us.
It was the cleanest place we've EVER stayed! Not chemically clean. JUST PLAIN CLEAN. AND, free internet, free parking, free breakfast. I called to extend by an hour and they were very nice about it, but firm that only one hour could be given.
My children enjoyed the room and breakfast served. The front desk guest service was excellent!
