- The staff
- Room was noisy with bleed through from other rooms. Parking lot had a lot of ice.
- Sleeper sofa as advertised for our 2 bedroom suite was so very uncomfortable, I was like sleeping on the hard floor. No linens in the room. Disappointing stay !!!
