Inconsistent hot water, loud area, uncomfortable beds and pillows, staff being a little annoying, broken ac, and it’s like there was a mic on the road with a speaker in the room because the street noise was so loud, and the elevator definitely needs fixed

The room was below expectations — there were stains on the wall, the hot water did not work properly, and the sheets appeared unclean.

The staff knocked loudly on the room next door for 10-20 minutes starting at 4am on March 22nd. After that, we heard a loud fight. In the morning, the staff told us there was smoking in that room. My wife and I couldn't sleep. I request compensation.

Close to restaurants and main highways! The beds were comfortable and the shower head was excellent! They use the Dove brand for shampoo and bath gel in big pumps! Perfect for my business travel!

Front desk personnel friendly and accomodating. Housekeeping staff very attentive, friendly, and accomodating.

Room 114. Next to elevstor. Awakened at 5am by the very loud bang as the doors closed as guests were departing.

We stay there for a week and the cleaning staff keep our room always clean. and were very polite. The location was great. Nice breakfast.

A little challenging to get in and out of traffic at the location. Recommend to go through parking lot and go in and out at light at Red Lobster.

Bugs & other people hair in room, in bed & bathroom bugs. Shower didn't work properly in either rooms. Reached out management, nothing done to resolve the issue.

Clerk at check in was friendly. Hotel was clean.

TV didn't work. The hotel did not resolve our requests for assistance to get it work. We left a day early.

The breakfast meats were only pork, so I had to have eggs by itself, unfortunately it was way over cooked. So not the most Muslim friendly meats. Judging by the eggs, I wasnt missing much. The non-protein was fine. Oatmeal and breads/rolls.

We stayed here on our way to New York. The room was fine, bed comfortable. No complaints for the room or the staff. Breakfast was what I expected.

It is close to the interstate, so you do hear the traffic.

Check was easy and staff was pleasant, great.The room was nice. The beds and linens were comfortable. They used Dove products for soap and shampoo and that worked really nice. The continental breakfast-standard with fake - turkey bacon and Pattys.

The shower was slippery. No non skid and no hand rail. The hallways were noisey at times and smelled of weed. Parking was a little tight at times.

Nice new rooms and lobby. Amazing breakfast. Nice staff. Hotel within walking distance of food and a grocery store.

The staff was so nice and accommodating. Employee helped me a lot and another gentleman I didn¿t catch his name :( but the staff was amazing! The bed beds were comfy and the rooms were clean.

The location is on a busy road but it¿s close to a Walmart and many restaurants.
