Hilton Fairfax

-Room key card did not work at our first room -AC did not work at our second room. Woke up to 79 degree room temperature - Breakfast cost $52 for 2 people and was just what you would get as a complementary breakfast anywhere else

Breakfast staff was excellent.

They need to update their web page. They do not have a pool.

We were given a great corner room on ground floor with windows all around. Nice fridge, toiletries and huge TV. Beds and bathrooms were very clean.

It was a good size Room. It was nice to have a Couch

The Lack of Electrical Outlets. and No Lamp for the Desk. And no Dresser

Selected the wrong dates by complete accident. Hotel was not willing to accommodate mistake. Prob won?t be suggesting hotel to anyone.

The room was so hot (75 degrees) when we woke up even though we had the air set at 66 degrees. Also they only had one working elevator.

Nice amenities for what we needed. Very clean and great location.

Lots of noise coming from adjacent/above rooms from running water, toilets, etc., especially at night.

I was put in a room not what I selected, then once I complained to management, I still was giving a room not like picture on internet. Although they staterooms are 500+ square feet the rooms are very small. Toilet leaked, refrigerator didn't work.

They forgot to put soap and washcloths in our room.

The room overall was nice. You could not hear people in the rooms around you which is always a plus. The staff was very welcoming.

The sofa in the room was awful. It was shallow in depth and had a weird angle. Also the bathroom felt incredibly small.

I never thought that a hotel of the Hilton category would be so poor in service and in the quality of its rooms. in the first room the phones don't work and in the second the room stinks of cigarette smoke .in the 3rd room bathroom wasn't clean.at 11pm

I love the location, and the room was well-appointed and clean. Good water pressure. Helpful staff. Even though I used a debit card, my deposit was refunded quickly. I also liked the fact that I earned Hilton Rewards points for my stay.

The Hilton was great, and the rooms had a huge space for a big family to stay. We enjoyed staying at this hotel.

They can include breakfast and different activities for kids to enjoy.

Clean room, firm bed and nice sheets. Room was small but fine for a couple. Large TV that swivels to watch from sofa or bed. Had to ask for more towels but that was no problem. Location is great in Fairfax - lots of places to shop and eat nearby.

Breakfast was expensive on the weekend, so we didn't eat there. Lots of places to eat nearby, but would've been nice to eat in the hotel. A free or inexpensive breakfast would be appreciated, or at least some hot coffee in the lobby, as a bare minimum.

Location was the best thing about this hotel, walking distance from my conference

the hotel overbooked, when I arrived to check in at 9pm, my room was not ready, I had to wait an hour for a clean room. The front desk attendant was not apologetic at all.

Size of the room and the layout. Free and easily accessible parking. Nice lobby.

Loud popping and crackling noises coming from room window. Room carpet dirty/stained. Bathroom floor not cleaned well.
