I suggest you purchase real toilet paper! the breakfast was disappointing. tried to find a piece of fruit that was not spoiled, failed!

Breakfast was great and so was the room. The cleaning staff was super friendly and proficient.

The front desk staff were grumpy and not helpful.

We had to move to 3 different rooms because the toilet did not flush and heater stopped?then told next morning nothing was wrong!!

The only bad thing is that they don't give you a room before 2 pm; I arrived at 12:30 and they made me wait until 2 pm

Convenient location. Close to the Vienna Metro Station making it easy to get to DC. Free breakfast and parking. Old Town Square is just a few miles away. A nice family owned Mexican restaurant right next door.

The location was perfect for us. It was very clean. The staff was very courteous. We would stay there again.

The morning breakfast was outstanding. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The room was a standard hotel room that was comfortable with standard amenities.

The hotel is undergoing renovations. The room updates are nice and the general interior areas are somewhat new. Breakfast was decent with the mini waffle maker being the family favorite. They did a good job of replenishing foods.

1st room we received 116 smelled like sewage. Good thing was that we got switched to a new room right away but negative was that there was construction at carwash next door that started at 6:30a on wkday and 7:30am on Saturday. Management didnt do much.

The ¿business center¿ was a single computer and printer in the lobby. The breakfast was smaller with fewer options that I have had at other Hampton Inns.

Location and staff were great.

Entryway and room threshholds were difficult to manuver with the wheelchair (too high for easy access). I was told the shower was handicap accessible but it was a tub with safety bars but was not accessible for a wheelchair person.

I like the location; it¿s in close proximity to a lot of other businesses. The staff is usually pretty helpful; although they fell short on this visit.

They did not clean room and I was there for 3 nights. Ran out of toilet paper because all I had was the 3/4 of a roll that was there when I arrived.

Mom is in dementia and a care give stay with her home. We needed a full nights sleep. We got and are grateful.

I liked that it was quiet and that we were not disturbed by noise of other people or noise from the air unit or refrigerator.

The shower curtain had mold on the bottom. We reserved a three night stay and we were only supplied with one role of toilet paper and no extra towels. Front desk told us we could have another role only if we came down to the lobby to get it.

The staff was very helpful. Breakfast was good, hotel was clean.

Location close to shopping ,restaurants. Hot breakfast was good, staff was good, hotel was fully booked but did not feel crowded.
