Location and rate

Closest ice machine broken, had to go to the fourth floor. Could not use the rolling carts for my room, multiple trips to the car and back.

The hotel was horrible. Only one elevator worked. Extremely musty with no air circulation. The manager was a prick. Completely rude

We booked two rooms, both room's personal credits have been fraudulently used for purchasing merchandises. It's most likely was done by the front desk person.

The shower pressure was excellent

The counter in the bathroom was knee-high with no explanation. This was not a room for a person who uses a wheelchair, we checked. The beds were hard and lumpy. The tiny bottle of body lotion was empty, the slivers of soap provided did not lather.

Close to Fairfax Center we would definitely stay there again very friendly and nice staff

Proximity to George Mason University. Easy parking.

Filth. Icky carpet, hairs in sheets, mold in bathroom, severely outdated. Fridge had a high pitched buzz and I had to unplug it. Small, worn out mattresses with ultra thin sheets. Dismissive front desk clerk.

Price was very reasonable with a full kitchen although outdated.

Kitchen was outdated and I went to ask for pots and pans but they were all out of them. There was also an opened bottle of water from last hues left behind and the foam coffee cups and coffee weren¿t restocked.

The room was surprisingly immaculate.

The kitchenette fixtures are so old, they may now be dangerous due to disrepair when using.

Dirty room. extremely noisy. Complained about the noise several times (apparently, there was a school group there), nothing was done about it. It was as if the people above me were training elephants to dance all night long!

The fitness center has one broken treadmill and is barely functional. My room had a half used mini bottle of shampoo. It was dingy and run down.

The best rate around for a Northern Virginia hotel that includes an off-season indoor pool; important to us because our stay was an extended one with two children. It's very near the highway. Also, the staff was very accommodating.

The breakfast was cold,waffle maker was broken,campers-buses-18wheelers truck at least 6 ofeach in parking lot no where to park, the lock was broken, the tub drain was very slow, the floor was slanted so there was bugs everywhere, air/heat did no work
