Friendly staff, great prices, and very clean

Not many channels on tv to choose from but overall okay I slept majority of the time

Good location right on Rte 13

Carpet tacks sticking straight up through the floor, bathroom faucet fixture comically loose, toilet gross.

Breakfast selection was limited. Had no bread & toaster. No muffins or english muffins.

Breakfast needed mire choices. Needed toast and muffins or coffee cakes.

First room smelled bad, had to ask for different room.

The hotel was located close to an event we were attending and offered the best price.

The room did not appear to have been cleaned well. Stuff on the carpet. The breakfast could have been better with more offerings other than waffles and cereal and yogurt.

Quiet rooms.

No elevator for second floor room. Broken ice machine on second floor.

The staff, they did the best with what they had to work with.

The outside appearance, the cut grass, the unkept hedges, the over flowing cigarette butt container with trash in it. The unfinished painted walls. The chips of glass and staples on the floor in my room. The bagged Togo breakfast which was deplorable.

Convenient stopover point on the way to the OBX.

Advertised this room as having queen-sized beds. They absolutely were at least one step down from queen-sized. Don¿t expect to use the pool either. Over priced as well¿they¿re there to gouge people needing a stop on the way to the OBX¿nothing more.

The front desk staff was wonderful! Friendly abs helpful and willing to go out if their way to help us out since there wasn¿t an elevator abs we were on the 2nd floor.

Old and smelly. The price was outrageous for what we got as well. Pool was covered in the middle of summer. No elevator but had a second floor. Breakfast left a lot to be desired. Would not go back.

I was concerned after reading recent reviews but I have to say we were pleasantly surprised. The hotel was clean and quiet, the rooms were clean, they did not smell. Staff was great. Location was great for us as we stayed on our way out of VA back to NY.

The bathroom had hairs in it...and the room smelled like feet! We had been to the hospital that night and arrived at 4:30 am...so we never turned on the room light. It smelled so badly, we didn't want to know what we were sleeping on...we were too tired.

Front desk lady was nice...after she finally woke up. Was a bit short on the phone when I called to ask for a cancellation since the hotel wasn't supposed to the one booked. I was booked the Holiday Inn, but got the Quality Inn. ?????

pet friendly, even though it was 15 dollars more per dog(should have told me when I called !)

no elevator, stairs rough for older , over 65 or breathing machine patients. paint coming off walls in room, an forer. pool closed 2yr

Manager is caring & accommodating. The Front End staff & the housekeepers are kind and helpful. They made sure that we're comfortable. Their breakfast bags, coffee, juice are appreciated. HVAC ran quietly: cool >> summer, warm >> winter

TV is a little small, but the big, nice bed made up for it. We would prefer cotton sheets but we always slept like a baby. Love their white comforter. Just the right type for a great night of sleep. We stay at Quality Inn & Suites almost every other weeks

It's location, and the staff were pleasant.

The smell of my room was over bearing, I had to light a candle. It didn't smell of cleaning stuff but rather a musty weird smell. Also the remote wasn't working correctly.

I was able to have my two dogs stay with me for an affordable fee.

Manager  is caring and kind. Served delicious breakfast. Quiet and clean. Cold air and soft heat. Cozy bed. Great price and location. Computer in lobby. Love this Quality hotel. We stay here every single trip.
