Literally only the location
The room had a weird set up. The check in lobby was disorderly and seemed like a gas station. There were a bunch of shoes outside of doors and a box of potatoes on the sidewalk.

Our stay was nice. We didn't go into it expecting fancy and it wasn't. Basic, but meets your needs. Seemed pretty clean and front desk was friendly.

Bed only had two pillows, both of which were flat. Sink didn't drain that well. Bed was springy and cheap. The general cleanliness was sub par. Definitely not worth $--- bucks. This is a last resort hotel for sleeping only.

Good price and location from chincoteague island , in between VA beach and ocean city , clean bathroom , everything are basic and exactly what I expecte from a simple hotel.

Refrigerator obviously needed repair. Room was shabby. It needed maintenance and care. Amenities were questionable . The room was way overpriced. We felt we could not stay there and feel safe, so we cancelled to find another motel.
Weekend Rates are high, Weekday Rates of $-- are more inline with what I would want to pay for this Motel. Parking lot is a garbage pile.
