Cobwebs, dried food crumbs in kitchenette, carpet had a raised rip that was a tripping hazard, tub looked dirty

Front desk staff was great. Breakfast was on point and dining area was clean and welcoming.

Room was gross. Stain on lamp shade looked like puke. Pillows didn?t have liners and could see all the stains from other people. Patch work on walls and bathroom floor looked like entry-level work. Not enough surface area for luggage in room. Beds small.

Shower Curtain is missing plastic liner. The fabric gets wet and sticks to you and makes a puddle on the floor (Room 323). I

The front desk staff was very friendly, helpful and patient.

The hallway on the third floor was hot andsmelly. The appearance of the room, the walls were marked and the wallpaper was torn around the window, from replacing the window treatment. The air conditioner was loud, the sound was like a low flying aircraft.

The staff is beyond friendly and kind.

The comforter was full of dog hairs. There were no facial tissues. The breakfast bar was very poor compared to other Hampton Inn that I have stayed. The biggest disappointment was the TV reception and Wi Fi. I had access to 4 channels and the WiFi was bad

We have an 8 lb dog and knew there would be a pet fee which I never knew what the fee was until checkout. For 1 night the fee was $--- which is ridiculous. I will no longer book Hampton Inn while traveling with a pet again.

Room needs a microwave and mini fridge. Cost of nightly stay is too much not not have those amenities. Hallway areas were hot.

The staff went above the call of duty. They were willing to go the extra mile to assist their customers. The hot breakfast with lots of fruits. Oh, the free parking and great location for meals at reasonable prices. My overall experience was awesome.

The pool wasn't open. The weather was really nice.

The staff was AMAZING! I was there for a little down time and they made me feel right at home. My room was ready early so I was allowed to get in and relax. The breakfast was pretty good and it was just a great time.

My bathroom could have had a little better cleaning and I wish is was closer to the beach - but that aside, it was just what I needed!

Location - right on the Main Hwy - Hwy 13, Breakfast included and Staff were very respectful.

I didn't like being told that a complimentary bottle of water was included with the room, bottle given to you at front desk when you checked in. Yet, when you checked out-an incidental charge was added to your bill, even though I didnt charge anything.

I expected better. I was surprised at the sparseness of the room. The bed was not appealing to lie on. Only one picture on the wall. The flatscreen tv was on a little stand. In addition, there were not enough towels or wash clothes in the room. We check

The room was clean, bug free, and needed no repairs. The bed was very comfortable. They allowed my son's service dog with an ease which lowered my son's anxieties.

The light roast coffee was a little strong. Otherwise, there is absolutely nothing negative about my stay here.
