Customer service was top notch, Hotel employees were awesome.

The shower head needs to be replaced in both rooms that I stayed in and the AC unit

Right on our way to Florida.

The pool was closed. I knew we would want to swim that night front desk unaware it was still closed!

It was horrible there are no curtains in the rooms the water smells awful the head was broke the food to close your room to loud and the dust on the furniture and stain just all bad the sheets smell like cigarettes all bad never again for no --- a night

Everything Ill NEVER STAY AGAIN

Pool was very clean and water was very clear. And temperature was perfect. Exercise Room had just the right combination of equipment that meets my needs.

Not that I can think of for my needs.

The hotel was located perfectly along my route traveling south. The hotel was clean, bed was comfortable and the free breakfast was good.

Our room had a smell which we did not like which lowered our rating.

This was an easy location on our way south. The breakfast was great. Very friendly staff too.

The room choices on the website were a little confusing. We actually had to call and change the room that we booked because said king suite with an extra bed but it did not have that. The description did not match what the type of room that it was.

The room was dirty. The sheets had hair and dirt on them. I had to change the sheets myself. The toilet was dirty. Thank goodness I had some chlorox wipes with me. There was hair on the bathroom floor. Overall the room was not clean. I have pics

The room was very clean and breakfast was great. Staff is very nice.

There were a child running around and jumping above our room late at night.

I hated the fact they charged me 100 dollars for a sheet that got hair dye over it from a kid out of the pool?

The, cleanliness of the hotel and the rooms, the staff was warm and friendly and able to answered all my questions.

Front desk Customer service rep was extremely helpful, kind, nice, and friendly. Room was clean.

The pillows are way to soft. No support for the head and neck. The staff in the breakfast room - was yelling at your customers to sanitize and wear gloves when serving themselves from the buffet style breakfast. Very unprofessional.

Location, newer property

Despite low occupancy, was given room at distant location on 3rd floor. Faucet loose in bathroom. TV would not properly tune. Shampoo dispenser would not work. No desk clerk in morning to inform about issues

Initially the room given to us smelled of hardship cleaning fluids. We asked for another room and was promptly accommodated. Great stay. Breakfast and staff were off the charts.

Not as clean as I would have liked. Lobby and outside could have used some TLC
