Cons -

Room was so full of cigarette stench we left within 2 hours of arriving . We didn't complain because the area was sketchy with people hanging around outside, we just wanted to go home. There were also signs of a roach infestation.
Staff accused us of using things in the room we did not use and charged us for it
When checking in was told they didn't have reservations. Then was informed there was a fifty dollar deposit. Also was charged three and on percent for use of credit card. Had to make more than one phone call to get damage deposit refunded.

Nothing, needed an inexpensive place to stay. Had to wait until documented check in time even though place was not booked to capacity. Pay the extra money and stay elsewhere.

Cleanliness! Seems more people lived there than were staying for travel.
